This new range for the Autumn/Winter 2009/2010 season seamlessly combines practicality with style and includes all kitchen must-haves, from hi-tech frying pans and stockpot-steamer, to simple and ergonomic kitchen knives and mixing bowls.  All the elements of the range strongly reflect Sebastian Conran's personal love of cooking as well as his long-standing design ethos, ‘Elegance Through Simplicity' - creating products that are stylish, functional and durable.

Inspired by all Conran's favourite items from his own kitchen, this unique range comprises 15 innovative cookware essentials using top quality materials to ensure that products will last and "age gracefully". All the elements are extremely versatile and will perform equally well in the kitchen as at the dining table. Perfect for both experienced or beginner cooks, design-led yet completely affordable, all the pieces real value for money.

Highlights include a great selection of cooking pots and pans, including a fantastic hob-to-table stockpot-steamer, a set of three nesting saucepans with lids, and a frying pan with an anti-splatter lid (available in two sizes).  All made from lightweight anodized-aluminium with non-stick cooking surface, they are fitted with heat-resistant silicone inserts which offer comfortable grip during cooking.  

All products from the Sebastian Conran for John Lewis range will be available to buy in John Lewis stores and online from September 2009.
