Prescott & Conran
Vicki Conran is an accomplished cook and enjoys preparing food for family and friends. Brought up in Tipperary, Ireland and educated in Dublin and Paris, Vicki has lived and worked in England and France and now divides her time between homes in Berkshire and London. Together with Terence Conran, she wrote the successful food books Terence Conran on Restaurants and Classic Conran: Plain, simple and satisfying food.
Vicki is a keen art collector and supporter of emerging young talent, especially from the Royal College of Art. She sourced the majority of the artwork for Lutyens restaurant as well as pictures and objects that include original Punch magazine cut outs, the front page of the first ever Times newspaper and original drawings of the great fire of London.
Vicki is a director of Prescott & Conran who in 2008 opened The Boundary Hotel in Shoreditch with Terence Conran and Peter Prescott – a restaurant, rooftop bar & grill, café, bakery and foodstore with 17 individually designed bedrooms and also Lutyens on Fleet Street, a large restaurant and bar on Fleet Street with a charcuterie counter, crustacea and sushi bar, members club and 4 private dining and meeting rooms.
